Recorded conversations with suspected Old Fire arsonist shed light on his involvement

SAN BERNARDINO - Recorded jailhouse conversations with accused Old Fire arsonist Rickie Lee Fowler were the focal point of testimony on Tuesday.
 
In two conversations with his great aunt, Elizabeth Rehkop, Fowler insisted he did not start the 2003 Old Fire. But he hinted at knowing about the fatal blaze.
