for Searching
Online If you've ever sat down to search for items online
(like for your personal property inventory), you might find that it's hard
to weed through all of the extraneous results. Many websites have an
“Advanced Search” option that can come in very handy. Check out Google’s
Advanced Search where you can search for an exact phrase, or even within a
specific domain, or a specific file type: http://www.google.com/advanced_search?hl=en eBay also has an advanced search option where you
can search items from a specific seller, or even auctions that have
already ended (especially good for finding the sold price and not just
what the current bid is). http://search.ebay.com/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofindtype=13&_trksid=m37
Both of these links can be found just to the right
of the search button on the respective websites. Look for an “Advanced
Search” option on other websites as well. You’ll be amazed at how powerful
